Believe me, they know. They know that no matter how ignorant they are to you, the customer, you will always come back. And you will. Septa employees are the biggest gang in Philadelphia and the whole Southeastern Pennsylvania area. They run shit. Literally.
"You're not going to pay us what we want? Fine. Walk to work."
That's just the tip of the iceberg. Now that Septa employees have what they want financially, they still do not give a shit about how their customers are being taken care of.
